hello there I bought a used but in great condition transom assembly for the project boat I want to replace the belows and bearing, I have the transom assembly here seating on my work bench, will be better do it here I mean outside of the boat or installed in the boat and then replace it thanks and Im sorry if sound dumb thanks...
