I just purchased a boat with this mototr on it.im having 2 issues. the motor was rubuilt in 2007 thats all i know..
1st issue- motor cranks but will not start even with the warm lever fully up. i have to pull the lever connected to the motor to get it to start everytime.
2nd issue is boat takes awhile to get on a plane. boat is getting full throttle.
any help or suggestions on where to look or start would be greatly appreciated
