you most likely have a short. first disconnect positive cable from engine. leave negitive on. now reconnect positive to battery, if fuse pops the positive cable is shorted to ground.start looking for a nicked wire or cable.then you will have to remove each positive wire connection( starter, alt feed, trim feed ect) one at a time to find what is drawing excess load.

if your positive your hooking the cables up correctly here is the current path from the starter solinoid where the positive cable hooks up to the 30 amp fuse.
from the start solinoid there is a 10Ga wire running to the trim relay at the positive terminal on the trim realy it feeds the 30 amp fuse and then onto the starter relay.
either a wire is chafed or possibly the start relay has failed.
thats is all that is on,or from the factory, that 30 amp circuit.
remove the red wire from the start relay and try again if its still pops fuses look from the relay back to the starter solinoid.
if it does not blow one test the relay.
