Oil/fuel leak

I have a 86' 70 hp evinrude that runs great except that i have a fuel leak could i just need a new anti siphon valve or could something else be the problem the engine doesnt bog down and the bulb always stays tightly inflated i need help the dolphin bite is on fire Please help

CP, could you provide just a little more information on exactly what's happening. Is the fuel actually leaking out of the carbs, fuel pump, or somewhere else on the engine that you can see?
