Please post more information, usually piston failure is a fuel issue on a FI engine. Most likely you have a bad/clogged injector or ECU problem. Send injectors amd ECU to Tony Brucato @ Brucatosvs.com and have checked.
look ive just lost a 13000 dollar moter i asked for help fuel probelm is not helpful efi means eletronic fuel injection the fuel is mixed with oil correct so what is the fuel problem

the previous poster asked to post more info. all you gave us was the specs. how did happen? were you running this way or that way. etc etc did you do your maitence
