identifying year of motor & horsepower

I have a johnson super seahorse on a 1969 glastron 15 ft. ski-fish boat. was wanting to find out the year of the outboard motor&the horsepower of the engine. The model# is RKL-26R. The serial# is J2484439 If anybody has the answer to this question it would greatly appreciated.

The closest I can come is a RK-26 which is a 1964 40 HP. Maybe someone will come along with more info.
