Evinrude 9.5 odd prop question

Got this motor a few weeks ago - good condition.
After an initial tank run I took it for a river run. Ran nicely and did what I need.

Looking things over more carefully, I noticed the prop was a bit loose on the shaft. I pulled the cotter pin and was able to remove the nut with fingers. I looked things over and noticed the Drive Pin is slightly twisted. No spare pin, so i put everything back together and tightened the prop. It now has no slop.
I also installed a prop guard(ring design) at that time.

Now I notice a motor rock side to side while running at lower speeds.

Any Idea if it would be the twisted pin, slight prop bend(can't see a problem) or the Guard?

Prop guard is a 2" wide 1/8" aluminum band secured to the cav. plate and fin.

Is this maybe just prop effect at very low rpm? I noticed while carefully and very slowly maneuvering Rocky waters.

Thanks for any help

Trying to figure out why XP stopped recognizing my card reader. Will get pictures up asap.
What shots/angles are you needing?

Never mind, figured it out.
Took it out to deep water today after installing new plugs. and backing off the steering friction screw 1/2 turn.

Runs smooth at all speeds.

I believe the wobble/rocking was low speed against very strong current.
