I have a 115hp mariner in-line six. All 3 Carbs have been rebuilt, and fuel lines from the fuel pump up to the carbs has been replaced. Fuel filter is new and the plugs were also just replaced. Overall the motor runs great when I get her going, but lately, I'm having an issue where I need to hit the enricher valve (choke solenoid) as I'm quickly bringing up the throttle. Once it gets going it runs fine, so it doesn't seem to be a fuel pump or float issue. Any direction would be helpful.

If your carbs are clean, then it is likely that the idle mixture is set too lean. You might richen it a bit. Try 1/8 turn on the top carb, and test it. Then 1/8 turn on the mid carb, followed by 1/8 turn on the bottom carb. Repeat, testing after every adjustment.
