I have a 1996 19' Renken with a sea drive and 115 OMC. Last weekend my tilt trim motor went bad so I tried the obvious going directly from the battery to see if it was a solenoid or switch or something. It had been getting week for some time. Anyway, It has deceased and we plan to bury next week for those that want to attend sewer side services 
Ok, Here's the question. I took off the three bolts that go through the hull into the sea drive that hold the tilt trim motor (Think this is it) . All three bolts heads broke . I am trying to avoid having to take off the complete sea drive to fix this. Does anyone have any useful tips or suggestions.
My tilt trim is the two wire, three bolt job.
