I am buying a new mini-van and considering the Mazda MPV. I will want to tow my litle 13' Lyman (trailer + boat + motor = 700-800 lbs.) both short and long distances. I bet there will be a canoe and roof box on the roof rack, as well. Does anyone have experience with this vehicle? The manufactures ratings look good, motor is 200 hp, just looking for someone with experience.
This is a great ng.
Thanks, Grant in VT

You are well under the tow limit of your van. Just respect your brakes and keep a little more distance than usual especially if you have more than a couple of passengers.
