I just discovered that the bushings on the forward/reverse gears in my lower unit are shot. The brp site doesn't show replacements. Has anybody replaced them by themselves and what can I use for replacements? I'm not about to replace the gears for the sake of a bushing. The good news is that the gears themselves appear to be O.K. BTW it's a 115983e
