i have a 2000 tournament rcl crestliner and i was fishing up north this weekend and i went to turn the front bait well on and it blew the fuse. so i put another 5A fuse in and it blows it right away again. i then tried a 7.5A fuse and it blew the fuse right away again when i turned it on. has anybody had this happen or know what the problem might be. i took the batwell bucket out and the pump works and the wires look fine i dont know what else to look for. thanks

Re: troubles

Welcome to the forum!!:):)
I would suggest posting this in the general electronics forum as it really isn't a specific Crestliner issue. That said, there must be a direct short in order to blow the fuse. Check all of the wiring if the motor is working good. One of the wires must be hitting something grounded.

Re: troubles

Exactly, you must have a bare wire somewhere...
