Any one can help me? I have a Mercury 50hp 2003 2 strokes. It works fine but when I full accelerate it it does not go beyond 3500rpm and 20knots (lack of power). I changed the entire fuel supply system, cleaned the tank and hoses, cleaned the carburators, tested the spark plugs (OK) and changed the stats. However the motor reaches 3500rpm and then does not go beyond that. At the end I do not have enogh power to reach beyond 20knots. Normally the motor goes beyond 35 knots. Another thing is that the motor does not take anyone water skiing from the water (lack of power).
