thinking about selling my boat. its a 77 16.5 wellscraft with a 79 115 evinrude on it. inside of boat needs floor redone and seats need recovered. motor runs good. what do u think it is worth.
Sometimes it depends on what part of the country you live in. You might want to check something like craigs list in your part of the country to see what they are selling for.
The motor with controls is probably worth more on its own
and the trailer is worth more without the boat,
unless you fix the floor and make it look new.
To me a soft floor spells stringers.
I agree - soft floor is usually the LAST thing to go. They generally rot from bottom up... As for worth, the boat isn't worth much. If the motor is in great shape, maybe a few hundred. Some has got to REALLY like that boat to want to take it on....
