Please Please help, i have an Evinrude OceanPro 200 2 Stroke and took her out the other day and water got sucked into the engine from the fuel tank. I have cleaned all the carbs and points and replaced the spark plugs which are all sparking no problem. What is happening now is that she runs great at 3500rpm for about 2 mins then just cuts out and the manual bulb (pump) is empty when it cuts out so fuel is not getting drawn up to the engine. I have replaced the fuel/water seperator and checked that there is no blockage in the fuel hose which there is not. So then i placed the fuel hose straight into a 5 gallon gas can and bypassed the fuel tank and she ran like a dream. Cannot understand what it could be any help would be greatley appreciated ?????

Re: Oceanpro Evinrude 200

1st is bulb installed with the arrow on it, pointing toward the engine? if the bulb is collasping ( going flat) your problem if between tank and bulb, anti siphon valve, clog tank vent, water still in the tank.
