I HAVE A 1990 V4 115 THAT MAY BE ON ITS LAST LEG.QUESTION IS,IF I BUY A REBUILT POWERHEAD CAN I BUY A LARGER SIZE POWERHEAD AND IT STILL BOLT UP.AND WHAT THE LARGEST SIZE THAT WILL WORK.LAST,WHERE IS THE CHEAPEST PLACE TO BUY A REBUILT POWERHEAD?THANKS

You're limited to what you have regardless if is a crossflow or looper.

Your 1990 115 would be a crossflow - You can buy a newer powerhead, but 115 is the largest hp offered in the V4 crossflow series. The line included 85, 88, 90, 100, 110 and 115 horsepower models.<br /><br />Of course, you could alway have it rebuilt and have your rebuilder "tweak" it for a few more ponies... The cost may not justify the small power increase though.<br /><br />-John

Thanks for replying,looks like i am keeping the 115.Anybody know of a goodplace to buy rebuilt powerhead for cheap?
