i have a 125 hp i took it out last weekend could not get it to start lots of gas in both carbs after looking at it i noticed that the top carbs choke was stuck shut. after unsticking it i got the motor to run but i cannot get it to idle at all . compression is 140 in 1,2,and 4 and 120 in 3. i replaced the bypass tube in the top carb because i damaged it .don't know for sure if this the problem or not.
