can some one help a guy with a 2004 Merc. 9.9 4 stroke F9.9 E.L.B. ORo64482. problem fuel in oil , changed oil .Pulled the carb. cleaned both jets and emulshion tube ,engine still loads up at idle . Pulled again removed air /fuel mixture screw plug and plate on top under the choke assy. cleaned all 4 holes going into the throttle plate area .Reinstalled tryed to adjust air /fuel mixture in to stop loading up turn it all the way in to seat ,engine still loads up turned ALL the way in . Should have died turned in logic says . Are these problemed carbs. . J.B. can l order a 2007 and up CARB. and get away with it . THANK YOU J.B. for any HELP .
