I have a 1993 2oohp evinrude ocean pro e200txetf. Yesterday I was not able to trim motor down by either control down button or the switch on motor. It will trim up fine using both switches. I was able to get motor to go down using manual release valve. When using the down trim switch there is a clicking sound at one of the two relays.
