Some advice

Hello everyone! I'm new to boats and I'm looking into buying a used bass boat, and I was looking for a little bit of advice.

I'm looking at a 1993 Astro w/ 115 mercury. Everything works and it's in awesome shape. Asking price is 4000.

Also looks like a nice boat to me. i think he is probably asking the very max for the boat. I would try and talk him down some. If he doesn't come down any and the motors compression checks out good i would still consider giving him his asking price.
