I have a 2002 Honda 90hp. 4 stroke outboard which I have on my 17ft. fishing boat. I got it on a shore station. The problem I'm having is, when I take it off and on the ramp because of the weigh of the boat and me in it I have to rev the motor up in order to get it off the boards. In doing this the motor keeps shutting off. The same thing happens when I put it back on the ramp. It seems like when its under a load it shuts down. But when your in the water it idles good and when you want to plain it , theres no problem. Has anyone any clue what might be causing this. I have tried 2 new sets of plugs and that doesn't do the job. Would appreciate any and all comments.

It sounds like you may have a leak in the fuel line some way between the fuel line connector and the fuel tank. The leak would allow air to be sucked into the carbs instead of fuel.
