old evinrude

I bought an old evinrude motor in 1982. I don't know the year of manufacture. The serial number is 1902C-E02293. It was also missing the horseshoe gas tank. I would like to know the year and if the tank is available anywhere?

Looks like a 1969 1.5 hp Evinrude, but Ezeke or someone else could probably confirm this.
