How does this button on the tiller operate and to adjust my idle speed? lost my book and can't seem to keep an idol without choking to start but once up and running I can push the choke in and it runs fine until I get off the throttle and idle a few seconds it wants to stop running like I'm not getting any fuel to the carb.
