Not to step on any toes but the American flag should always be burned after it is soiled, frayed or touches the ground. Remember the flag ethics not longer learned by most, was that burning is the proper way to remove the flag from use.<br /><br />I know what you meant but sure wish we still gave some honor to Ole Glory.

"True" American or "Proper" American? You can be against a few these and still be a true American. Freedom of Thought is what our veterans fought for. Not specific trains of thought considered proper by the majority. (There, SOMEBODY had to throw a monkey wrench in there somehow. )

WillyBWright, I agree, it was sent to me via email and I thought SOME folks here would enjoy it. The freedom to express ones self and their beliefs is great. I do not agree with all of it. Maybe the writer should have put "Christian American"

I'm not a Christian and i'm certainly not offended by any of it, as long as folks don't try to push their religious beliefs on me, or try to restrict my rights to freedom of speech, hey! i'm cool.

heck, we are just a couple more states on top of you. we speak the same, (except the French in Quebec, but noone likes them anyways) have the same curency and we're pretty much go along with whatevr you guys cook up. <br />And since the lousy Liberal government didnt send us into Iraq, at lest we should invande north korea for you.
