setting for my 79 55hp evinrude

hello im wondering if any one know what the setting are to set the timing.
how much before top dead center is it ment to be set at
i have a 1979 55hp evinrude

19* Btdc. using the directions that are here http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=299680 and works very well and easy. you will want the reading of 15* Btdc.
