It's a 200HP, not 60. Painted bright red, probably not too much and it's 30 years old. Check NADA.

The grand is about right. Unfortunately, the guy probably has over 2 grand in the rig and wants it back. He'll have to sit on it awhile before he sees the light. That's the final lesson of boat ownership: it's usually not worth as much as you have put into it.
