I am in the process of finishing up a 3 year restoration on an Arrow Glass Cheetah, 18' Trihull. It has the original 115 HP Johnson.
It was one year out of the water and 2 in and out of use during the remainder.
The boat has been in the family since new and I acquired it in '88 and used it for bay fishing and recreation with the kids. After they left and and had grandkids, the boat became semi abondoned, but I did keep the motor serviced and maintained. However the hull and upholstry was a different story.
Soft places in the deck, minor stringer repairs, compounding and polishing, bow rail fitting replacement, new seats, electrical upgrades, radio install to name a few tasks.
I have gotten much help from you all on iboats as well as our Arrow Glass website members and 2coolfishing. Thanks for all the advise.
I have photo documents that I will share by upgrading this post as time permits, but wanted to show the before and after photos to get started.
