I have a 75 HP Mercury 3 cylinder. There is spark to one cylinder and I'm trying to narrow down the problem to either the stater, the trigger or the power pack. I do have a DVA Adapter. I'm getting the proper resistance and volts from the trigger. The stater I'm getting the proper volts and resistance from the red wire, but NO volts or resistance from the blue wire. (Is this normal?) The 3 green wires coming out of the switch box, I am getting the proper volts from the 1 cylinder that is firing, the other 2 are dead. Does this sound like a bad power pack? Please HELP!!
