Gas tank

I have a 2001 Glastron bowrider sx with a 4.3 Vovo Penta. It is now almost time to start winterizing, so I want to filler up, add gas stabilizer and take it down to the lake for a last run of the season. - My question is how big is my gas tank? I have some gas in now but the gas gauge is a bit dodgey and not very accurate. None of the manules that I have say any thing about the tank size.
Any thoughts?
Many thanks ,
Mark.

Re: Gas tank

There should be some type of access hatch where the fuel line connects to the tank.
It is usually stamped or has a tag stating the capacity.
That size of boat should have at least a 16 gallon tank.
You can mix the Stabil a little heavy to be sure.It will not hurt anything.

Re: Gas tank

I agree that the Gas tank is likely on the order of 35-40Gal. Mix the stabilizer a bit heavy, if you ae unsure.
