1988 Sumerset wf twin Volvos. Rebuild "kit" wf two cylinders $982 plus labor and pulling fee of $325. Should I buy another kit and replace the port cylinders? If not can the starboard cylinders that are being replaced be rebuilt as a backup precaution?

thanks

Thanks for the reply Gene70. So these cylinders that leak are ready for the trash can?

You can take the trim cylinders to a hydraulic shop for rebuilt.

Welcome to iboats jim, please don't reply to old dead threads. This one is from 2009, I'm sure he has it fixed by now.
