Ok, I'm swapping outboards. I have a 1989 40HP evinrude and just bought a 1993 90HP Evinrude. I am hoping everything matches right up for he most part (controls and such) I have never done an outboard swap before. Is there anything I may need to know or any hints or tricks? Is there anything I need to look out for? Finally, is there any info on a web site I can look at? I have done several searches and have come up with squat.
