Cranks fine with manual choke but will not crank with auto choke. Auto choke is working but is not moving choke linkage as far as manual choke.
What to do?

You need to look for the mounting screws on the choke solonoid at the motor and move it up or down untill you can hear the choke slam shut when you operate it at the key. Make sure it's not so far adjusted that it does not open up all the way when key is released.

Those motors are cold natured as well. Also try a different trim angle when starting it and see if that helps
