Yes it is an after market unit. I use it with a 1968 Evenrude 55 but I am not sure what year this power tilt was installed. It is a AL55 model for motors up to 55 HP The gear actuator is gone so I need one of those.
I tried a google search and it looks like other people are looking also. There is something about honda using a modified bracket. Google it and see what you can find.
