Tilt and Trim and Trailering

Will tilt and trim be damaged by having the motor slightly tilted foreward while trailering? I would be more comfortable with the skeg a little further from the road.

No, in fact you should trim it up when you trailer, and buy yourself a TRANSOM SAVER there sold at bass pro ..wallyworld ect.. it;ll help take the stress of components.

Thanks, I was hoping I wouldnt need the transom saver with just the 60hp, but it sounds like a good idea.
