My 2002 25 hp 4stroke has suddenly (after sitting since last winter with only occassional running on earmuffs) become very cold natured (have to work the throttle to keep it running when it is first started) and seems sluggish on overall performance especially on the hole shot and even the top end seems low.
After it warms up it runs okay but not like it did last season.
This is the first time I ever had any trouble with it Aand I have owned it since it was brand new.
suggestions???
