Hi, I am replacing trim, tilt motor on 82 Johnson 115hp Seahorse. Can that be done without removing outboard from transom? Outboard hasn't been run for 3 years. We got outboard to work but no noise from tilt motor when buttons pressed. We are getting power to motor, even tried direct to fully charged battery, no luck. Thanks, Mark.
