Its been sitting up for about 2 years. I rebuilt the fuel pump changed the fuel lines then started it, it idled high so i slowed it down. Then I found fuel leaking out on the starboard side of the engine. It idles rough, spits and sneezes then kills. Any ideas?

Start with the fuel leak first. Without the engine running, repeatedly prime the hose bulb and see if you can locate the leak. The engine may lean sneeze occasionally until it warms up.

I started it, idled it back up for about a half hour then slowed it back down and it still does the same thing. I didn't change the plugs, you think that's my problem? I ordered the head gaskets so I will change the gaskets and plugs this weekend. Thanks for responding I really appreciate it.

why are you changing head gaskets, when you have not done trouble shooting. i think i would check spark, and carbs before pulling heads.
