25 hp mariner throttle control problems

I have a 1987 electric start Mariner 25 hp, my problem is finding a controller that works properly, in order for the throttle to open, the cables from the controller needs to push toward the engine, every quicksilver controller i have found pulls the cable when you accelerate. Can anyone help?
