Any ideas how to easily repair a broken aluminum bow rail?????? I have pics but it says it's too big to download on this site.

They make and sell all sorts of fittings for bow rails, did you try a search on iboats yet?

Just saw that you said aluminum, not to sure but I know they do for stainless.

You have to resize the pictures. Photobucket works really well. Follow the link Bob posted above.
