John, that will depend on the model. I have a 1989 SeaCraft 23WA, which is the same hull, different top cap. My original tank was 115 gallons. I just replaced it this spring because of a leak. I also re-powered w/a Honda 225 which uses about half as much gas as the 200 hp Mercury, so I went with a 75 gallon replacement tank which I had built locally. They do have a large cavity for the tank bed and it is foamed in. The sides were screwed to the fiberglass strings and 3 out of the 4 screws were loose in the holes after 20 year of use.
The old tank was 99 inches log, 10 inches deep and 22 inches wide. The hole to remove it was only 21 inches wides, so had to do some cutting.
