I,v purchased a 1986 4 Winns with 140 hp Mercruiser Alpha One. It has a trim sending unit but no gauge. I'm planning on buying and installing a gauge. Are all trim gauges universal? Or do they have specific specs for different engines? When I shop online, the info on trim gauges does not state for what engines?
