my motor will start right up and rev up fine in neutral but put it in gear and start to go it misses badly can barely give it any gas under load but will rev fine in neutral a lso only seems to rev up to about 3000 rpm this was only 5th time in water since i bought it any ideas i would appreciate it

Hi
It is hard to tell, is it a new one or what year is it how many cyl, ect.
You could have water in the carbs or something wrong with the ing sys.
Does it have spark on all cyl and good compression?
