What clear coat to use with Pettit topside paint?

I am spraying my boat hull with Pettit Easypoxy Single component poly topside paint (and matching primer, of course). I want to make a pearl white paint job and have bought the pearl additive, but I need a clear coat to add it into. What clear coat should I be looking for? Note, something under $100 is very much preferred. I need enough to paint the pearl on, then enough to seal it with pure clear. How much should I order? Will a quart be enough or should I get a gallon? It is a 20' bowrider hull, shallow V.

UPDATE:

I bought this, so I hope it is the correct type of clear coat. It is 5-Star Extreme 2-part urethane clearcoat. I bought a gallon just in case. I can always give the old Wheel Horse mower a coat if I have enough left over ;)
