My motor starts up Ok but only runs with the choke partially on. If I put it in gear and full throttle it will run without the choke. As soon as I decrease the speed the motor stalls.

I looked at the choke linkage and there is a cam that I adjusted. It increased on the movement of the buterfly valve in the carb which increased the idle speed by increasing the fuel.Then I richened out the mixture a little.
It is working good in the tub so back to the boat with it.
