What is the year and fuel mixture of my 9.9hp

Hi, serial # is 1010 and model is 94BE, please tell me the year and the fuel mixture. It has an electric start. I put a bit of gas in the carb and it stated right away, I let it run for a couple of second only. I just bought it for $75, I think it's a good buy!

Fuel mixture is 50:1. Yes $75 is a good buy. Probably just needs a fuel pump diaphragm and carburetor cleaning. Check compression too.
