need to know if i can take the flywheel off to take a look at where the magnets are and wires i believe there may be a short some where their
i am not sure if i can take the flywheel off with special tools or is it simple and i can do it thanks

all you need is a puller.
a harmonic balance puller should do the trick. altho i have never had a reason to pull mine.
Just remember to look for the woodruf key when you remove it and then remember to torque the nut when you reinstall it.
