i just bought this boat with a 95 112 evinrude, engine starts, idles well & also runs at high rpm but when running at midrange engine stalls but does not die. when the engine stalls, i can throddle down to idle then immediatly accelerate again & engine runs fine. can anyone help me out with this problem?
each of your carbs has 3 sets of jets, low, midrange, high speed. that is a total of 6 jets the have to be removed, cleaned, and ports blown out.. mid range are known for clogging. read here. http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=299680
