My 87 Evinrude 40hp when started would run for about 2 minutes and stalls when I put it in gear. So I Clean the carborators and reinstalled them. Now the problem is when started the engine runs at idle for about 3 minutes and the engine revs up and the engine starts racing with out touching the thottle. Any Ideas
