To all need a little help with current issue, I have a volvo 3.0 4 cylinder, ran hot for about 20 minutes ,I immediatly shut engine down and towed back to ramp come to find out that sea pump went bad I then changed the sea pump and took boat back out I then noticed water in the oil, I then replaced head gasket along with intake manifold gasket, I then took boat out for about 2 hours of tubing with the family the whole time continually checking the oil, everything looked good, then came home and 3 days later went to take the boat out again then i noticed the oil didn't look right, anyway I cannot seem to keep the water out of the oil , to date I have pressure tested the block, came back ok then I tested compression everything came back ok checked the bellows and still getting water in the oil??? I now have exhaust manifold ordered any other thing I should check?? by the way the engine runs great no issues as far as running??? very frustrated any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks again 8/15/o9 recently installed exhaust manifold took boat out and again water is getting into the oil

Re: water in the oil volvo3.0

Why is it no one want to give even a year of their motor, let alone things like model number which could help us ID what you have really.
Too many people say they have a 3.0L Volvo, only to find out later that it isn't.
