Hi wondering if someone could give me an Idea as to how to make sure my Timing pointer is correct. I Have a piston stop tool. Also have the manual, But alittle confused as to the two marks on flywheel and do i turn the flywheel ONLY clockwise for the first mark and continue clockwise for the second. Thanks in Advance

Put in the stop tool,

turn the fly wheel one way until it stops, mark the pointer position with a sharpee or something ont he fly wheel.

turn the fly wheel back the other way until it stops. repeat mark.

Half way between the marks is TDC.

Easy as Pie.

Thanks But do i mark the fly wheel right at the pointer for the first and second mark TDC BTDC. When i turn the flywheel again to the mid point if its not at tdc then i loosen the pointer tab and move the pointer tab and flywheel to tdc. Thanks
